Where are you located?
We are located in Oakdale, MN. We service all of MN and parts of WI
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend reaching out atleast 3-4 weeks in advance, if not sooner. A rush Fee may be added if booking closer
to your event date, this will ensure all material arrive on time.
Is there a minimum fee?
Our starting rates for backdrop design and balloons is $900. Full Event designing and planning starts at $3,500.
This does not include the service and breakdown fee.
What does the setups include?
We use only high-quality biodegradable balloons from certified manufactures. All balloons are shipped to us directly.
We also custom create most if not all backdrops and props with durable quality wood and materials.
I’m a vendor, can I rent out inventory for my own clients?
Yes! We understand not all inventory we have is available to others or some are simply starting and they’d love to have styled.
Reach out to us directly and we will provide a list of inventory that we make available for you to offer to your clients!
Is there a deposit fee required?
Yes, there is a 50% non refundable deposit fee required at time of booking. This allows any material needed to be
purchased first as well as reserving any rentals and date of your event.
How much time is needed to setup?
We ask for a minimum of 2-3 hours to setup. The first 15-30 min will be unloading and assembling all equipment.
Larger scale setups may require more time.
How long is the Bounce House rental?
Currently rental for Bounce Houses and Bumper Cars/Track is a 4 Hour rental in rate. Timeframe can be from 8am-8pm. Booking before or after will be an added After-Hours fee. Desiring more than 4 hours in the rental will be an additional $50
Does the Bounce Houses require balloons?
Yes and No. While it necessarily does not need to have balloons, we do require our bounce houses to have some sort of
styling done to them. Wether it be balloons, custom vinyl, a floral arrangement, marquees on the side or a setup close by,
there needs to be a service added to ensure we remain a Designing Business and not a rental business.
Weddings are the only exception to this guideline.
**Custom Vinyl is considered any graphic or custom Logo. Vinyl wording/phrase on Bounce House is not considered Custom Vinyl**
Can I add my own balloons to the Bounce House?
To ensure our Bouncers are as clean and un damaged as can be, we do not allow any 3rd party Vendor or Client owned
balloon setups to be attached to the Bounce Houses. DE Wayne Events must be the ones attaching Balloons to Bouncers.
